How soon will my order be shipped? 

In stock items will be shipped out within 2 days of orderings. Custom items will vary and timeline is based on each individual order. Most orders will not take longer than 10 days to ship out, unless a custom piece is being made. 

Are all pieces made of gold? 

Every item is labeled and have detailed descriptions. Currently, all our products are made of either 14 or 18 karat yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold. The only exclusion to this is our

beaded bracelets (also in product description), which are gold filled and may slightly change color over time. We offer these in 14k on special orders. 

How can I avoid my jewelry from changing colors? 

We highly recommend avoiding lotions, perfumes, and excessive washing for longevity. Please Check Jewelry Care tab for more information. 

Does the Length include adjustable and clasp? 

Yes. The Length is the full length of the product. 

Do you accept custom orders? 

We do accept custom orders. Most product are available to order in different colors and sizes. We can also accept orders on customized and personalized jewelry. Just inquiry and we will do our best to make your wishes come true! 

When is my credit card charged? 

Your credit card is charged in full at the time of the order. 

How do I know if my order shipped? 

You will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped.
