Shipping, Returns & Policies

 

Shipping 

At Bella Dior Jewelry, we offer complimentary standard shipping through UPS in the United States and offer multiple mail classes with each carrier, so you can access features like overnight delivery, package pick-ups, tracking information. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

All items are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

All packages require signature at delivery, and will not be responsible for wrong addresses imputed at the time of the order. 

International Shipping 

All packages shipped internationally will be charged accordingly. 

At Bella Dior Jewelry, we are not responsible for international duties, customs, or any delays in shipping, as once it is out of our hands, it is out of our control. We apologize ahead of time. 

Rush Orders 

Rush orders are available, however shipping will be charged to the customer. Once we receive your order, we will confirm if we can accommodate your request. 

Received Incorrect or Damaged Goods 

In the unlikely event that your package arrives with extensive damage or is the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@belladiorjewelry.com

We double check all packages before sending out and are confident that you are receiving the best quality and in the newest condition. However, If you believe your item arrived with a defect, we will gladly exchange or refund within 15 days, and/ or have it repaired within 30 days, with no additional costs. You would need to send pictures that day that the item is received and sent to customerservice@belladiorjewelry.com. Once received, we will provide you with information to send the product back to us. At the time we receive it, we will determine whether it is a manufactured damage, and if not we will quote you a repair price. 

Return Policy 

All purchases are final. We hope you will love your Bella Dior Jewelry as much as we do, however if you receive it and believe there is a manufactured defect or it is not in the original condition and or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@belladiorjewelry.com to proceed with other options. 

Item must be returned unworn, in the original package, and shipped within 5 days of receiving return instructions. No exceptions. 

Return Exclusions 

All excluded items are FINAL SALE 

All Earrings (for sanitary purposes)

Any Custom Orders 

Any Custom sizing or alterations (Lengths, colors, sizes) 

Any Personalized Pieces (Names, letters, numbers) 

There will be a 5% handling charge for all returned items. Any shipping or rush charges from original order will not be refunded. 

Repairs

All Bella Dior Jewelry is guaranteed on manufactured defects for 60 days. 

All normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void our guarantee. However, we are always glad to offer a quote for repairs that are needed. 

Site Imagery 

All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, as well as product on actual model to reference for size. However, some product may appear larger or smaller than actual size in photos. All products have as much description as possible to give you as much information needed to make your decision confidently. Lastly, every computer monitor, or device have different settings, so size and color may vary. 

Privacy Policy 

Bella Dior Jewelry is committed to respecting the privacy of our customers and protecting all confidential information. All information provided on our site will remain confidential and will not be distributed to any third party. We do not store any credit card information on file.
